Jorrit Lootsma and Frits de Jong are owners of Brouwerij Troost and have three unique locations in Amsterdam- in De Pijp, Westergasfabriek, and the Oostergasfabriek- where beer, spirits and lemonade gets produced. Every brewery has it’s own brewpub, which makes the concept so successful. Brouwerij Troost’s ambitions to grow have led to a workforce bigger than 120 employees now. Frits says: ‘with so many employees in service, it’s nice to be able to give administrative work out of hands.
When Brouwerij Troost and JAM! got in touch, ‘the attractive tariff was the most important factor to start collaborating with JAM!’, says Frits. ‘It is a gamble, of course, to find out if the service is as good as they say, with prices that are that much lower.’ Frits then made the first calculations, compared them to other payroll companies, and found out that, looking at the pricing and service, ‘the customer really is king at JAM!.’
The collaboration turned out to be the right choice for Brouwerij Troost. ‘The first time I talked to JAM! associates Minke and Marcel, I already could tell they were very motivated guys. I can talk to the person I want to talk to immediately, and problems get solved very quickly,’ Frits says. Frits also explains that JAM! is a young company, with the corresponding ambition and flexibility, and that is a perfect match with the wishes of Brouwerij Troost. ‘I have recommended JAM! to colleagues in the business,’ Frits says.
