JAM! talked to Ilja Raake, Human Resources and Administration at UMH. Ilja: ‘UMH is a big group: we have 11 restaurants in Amsterdam and surroundings. We have 224 active employees, which leads to high wage costs.’ UMH was collaborating with another payroller before, but was on the search for a new partner.
